Why I take a different approach to sales learning. Rather than pushing a revolution in your sales strategy, I help you evolve and build on the experience and knowledge you already have, empowering you to use your instincts and intuition to sell more effectively. You’re probably highly trained in popular selling systems and have years of customer face to face time under your belt.

As sales professionals, we all have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from, but sometimes, we may not have the confidence to trust our instincts or may not know how to apply what we already know. That’s where my coaching comes in — I provide you with the guidance and support you need to use what you already know and build on your existing skills and knowledge.

By evolving and building on what you already know, you’ll be able to sell more effectively and confidently, without having to learn a load of new stuff or undergo a complete sales revolution. I believe that sales training should be about empowering sales professionals to use their unique strengths and knowledge to achieve success. We will innovate, experiment and learn how to use what you know appropriately in the context and at the time when it will help your customer advance most effectively. No jarring use of technique that is manipulative or a clumsy attempt at client control. Who likes being manipulated? Pull that shit, and your buyers will run a mile.

Learn how to trust your instincts, identify and address customer needs, and build strong relationships with clients. Develop your interpersonal skills needed to build trust, communicate even more effectively, and manage relationships, and you’ll be able to apply these skills to your own unique selling style. You will learn to sell freely and completely authentically which gives comfort to your buyer’s unconscious mind because you give it no cause to feel threatened.

One of the key elements that my coaching program addresses is understanding the impact of context and the factors that lead a customer to the point where they are considering a change. By understanding the context, you can tailor your approach and better connect with your customers on a personal level. This includes taking into account their specific needs, concerns, and motivations, which can lead to a deeper understanding and relationship with your customers.

I don’t believe in teaching a load of new stuff and revolutionizing your sales strategy. Instead, I help you evolve and build on your existing skills and knowledge while adding key elements that can unlock your full sales potential. Within my contextual training we work as a group on the problems we are facing in our real world roles and develop robust solutions based on a range of diverse thinking, experimentation and play. The we put these refined, co-developed solutions through their paces in our monthly PracticeLabs. Hands on, practical, real world simulations with real customers and experts to practice on and be observed and critiqued instantly to drive immediate performance improvement.

In addition to context, my coaching emphasises the importance of establishing intimacy and trust through shared confidences and vulnerability. Customers are more likely to engage with sales professionals who are open and honest, and who they feel they can trust. By building a relationship based on shared confidences and vulnerability, you can establish trust and intimacy, which can lead to long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with your customers.
